The symposium will consist of:
• Plenary Session and Discussions
Speakers with vast and solid experience in Geomatics will be invited to speak on pre-defined sets of topics focusing on the main symposium theme. Speakers may come from academic sector, government and industry. The audience will be given opportunity to discuss with the speakers various issues and contribute their insights on the presented topics.
• Parallel Technical Sessions
This will consist of presentations according to the technical session topics. Participants will submit abstract for evaluation (oral or poster presentation). Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to present during the technical sessions. Papers may come from researchers, industry practitioners, faculty members and students (both undergraduate and graduate).
• Poster Session
Authors of papers that have been accepted for poster presentation will be asked to prepare a poster of their research.
• Geomatics Industry Session
Government agencies and companies involved in Geomatics will be given opportunity to showcase their projects and products during the symposium. Exhibit booths will be set-up in a dedicated area.
Full papers presented during the plenary, technical and poster sessions will be included in a digital proceedings (in CD/DVD).
